Neurodiversity – February 10, 2021

January 11, 2021 by ODN Oregon

ODN-Leadership-Team-DJ-Jaeger-Profile-Pic

As workplaces become dedicated to cognitive diversity, where their employees bring diverse skillsets to the table, it is important to recognize neurodiversity as another key element that distinguishes people. Neurodiversity looks at how the brain processes information and stimuli differently, so individuals may require varying levels of support, assistance, or accommodation. Workplaces can ensure that neuro-diverse employees receive equal support as their neuro-typical peers. Join us for an evening to learn more about neurodiversity, how to increase workplace accommodation, and discuss how to best support neurodiverse individuals in ever-evolving diverse workplaces.
