Our ODN of Oregon chapter is currently seeking self-nomination applications for our Board Leadership Team for the 2025 election process.
If you’re an OODN member and you want to:
- Meet and support fellow OD practitioners and those in related fields
- Serve your community and get more involved with your local ODN chapter
- Offer more education events through four other ODN chapters we have recently established a partnership with
- Grow your leadership skills
- Have some fun
- Attend all chapter programs and events free of charge

Community Service Projects
The Community Consulting Project (CCP) is looking for members to volunteer on a consulting team. CCP provides a great opportunity to learn new skills, share your knowledge and help the community. To be involved with our next round of projects, submit your application.
Leadership Roles
President Elect - Work in partnership with the standing President for current support and in preparation for the coming term
Secretary - Prepare meeting agenda and minutes. Assist the President in managing board meetings including logistics and adhering to agenda schedule.
Treasurer - Acts as Chapter signatory, safeguards Chapter’s financial assets, and files financial reports with National ODN with assistance of the Association Manager. Provides support and/or feedback to any/all endeavors relative to feasibility and fiduciary impact on the organization’s financial well being
Membership Chair - Creatively engage members via outreach, event planning and community building.
Program Chair - Develops and ensures a broad spectrum of program topics and deliveries to address membership needs and interests relative to the practice of organization development
Marketing Chair - Develop internal and external marketing communication and messages. Generate creative, innovative, and quality focused design and development for marketing.
Partnership Chair - Sourcing and connecting with other OD related organizations with whom ODNO can partner in programs, member benefits, and professional development opportunities.
Sponsorship Chair - Sourcing, connecting, and soliciting corporate sponsors for ODNO programs and endeavors.
