We are a professional membership association that exists to advance the careers and practice of its members and the OD profession.

What We Offer

Our members come from a wide range of industries and our programs support those new to the OD field as well as seasoned professionals, both internal and external OD consultants.

We provide opportunities to learn, connect, and give back to the community for those interested in improving organizations.

Our History

ODN Oregon was founded in 1968 and is both a non-profit under the laws of Oregon and a tax-exempt organization (501c3) under IRS regulation.
