Oregon ODN Think Tank
Diversity and Inclusion
Organizations are more diverse than ever and many understand that creating an inclusive work environment is crucial to their success
This Think Tank will create collective intelligence about this topic by exploring various scenarios you may encounter with a client organization related to diversity and inclusion. Participants will choose a scenario and work with a small group to discuss the scenario, your role as an organization development professional and explore possible responses.
Whether you are just getting started in the field as a new practitioner, or are an experienced OD consultant, an internal or external, a Change Management professional, an HR professional, a Learning Consultant / Practitioner, you’ll gain real value from the insights and collaboration generated during this session. You'll also experience an OD tool in action through the Think Tank process, an approach with many possible applications in your work.
