This session is great for people interested in learning more about Organization Development and/or OODN’s Community Consulting Project Program. Whatever your expertise level, this is the program for you!

In this program, attendants will learn about the successes of the CCP Program by participating in a facilitated, interactive Appreciative Inquiry activity. 2017 Spring/Fall CCP team members will share their experiences, learnings, and favorite tools used in their projects, as well as their wishes for 2018 OODN programming to better support the work.

This session will highlight OODN’s three area of member interest - service, learning and networking.

Service: Our CCPs offer pro-bono support to local nonprofits for 2-3 month long OD projects. The input we gather together at this event will strengthen the CCP experience for participants and clients.

Learning: As a teaser for potential 2018 programming, we’ll have an introduction to Appreciative Inquiry and showcase the enthusiasm and learnings it can produce.

Networking: Break the ice! Deepen connections and meet new people by learning what we find most positive, impactful and important about our work. After our group workshop, enjoy the party, connect and continue your conversations.
