Continue the journey through the OD Map with context, structure, definitions, examples, large and small group work and building awareness of Use of Self along the way (revised based on participant feedback in Session 2)

OD Road Map

Purpose
To engage and challenge participants in working with a client and client's situation while working through the OD Phases of the Road Map

Outcomes

• Review value of meaningful and specific feedback
• Context building, definitions of the phases and steps in each phase of the map
• Work through examples
• Review contract examples
• Debrief and Feedback
• Planning for Session 4
• Discuss adding a Session 5 to bring content all together
