Our twice-monthly MindShare meetings provide participants a rich environment for sharing professional experiences and challenges. This gathering of seasoned consultants and seekers, internal and external helpers and managers forms the core of how we support each other in building our community of practice across change disciplines and career situations.
People trade ideas and learnings with each other as we focus on the challenges individuals bring to the table. Coaching, mentoring, introducing different perspectives and reframes, all play their role in making these gatherings exciting and beneficial to all who come.
During the session on October 1, 2020, the group explored how expertise from the OD field may contribute to changes in policing practice, critically examined assumptions about the role of senior leadership for OD processes, and how to disseminate writing as a path for influence as OD practitioners.
Hearing each other’s stories and different voices energizes us and builds relationships that extend beyond the “room.” Please join us on the first and third Thursdays of each month. All are welcome!
