Employee Engagement: Case Study Lessons and Discussion

Please join us to continue the conversation about Employee Engagement:  Case Study Lessons and Discussion with consultant, author and blog columnist Jathan Janove, JD, and special guest Charlotte (“Charlee”) Miller, Senior Vice President of People and Great Work for O. C. Tanner, which recently debuted at #40 on the Fortune 100 Best Companies To Work For list.

11-09-15-jathan-janove-smallODN-Oregon President Elect, Jathan is a former 25-year employment lawyer and Director of Employee Engagement Solutions at a 750-lawyer, international firm. He’s an author, consultant, HR Magazine writer and blog columnist for Business Management Daily.

11-09-15-charlee-miller-smallCharlee leads the human resource and other administrative teams that support 1,500 O.C. Tanner employees world-wide. She has served as president of the Utah State Bar, on the Task Force for Racial and Ethnic Fairness in the Justice System, and currently serves on the board of the YWCA.

photo-erin-mahoneyErin Mahoney is the VP of Research and Development at PRMA, Inc., a boutique consulting firm, where she specializes in leadership development and management consulting. She has been an active participant in Oregon ODN's Community Consulting Project (CCP) where she provides pro bono consulting to local nonprofits. She will facilitate the program.

Jathan and Charlee will share case studies including O.C. Tanner’s Fortune experience and a healthcare company selected this year by Gallup as one of its 40 global Great Workplace Award winners. The focus will be on how to create fully engaged relationships at the:

  • Individual level
  • Team level
  • Organization level

A facilitated discussion will follow Jathan's presentation that will include Q&A and learning from each other about how to maximize organization human potential.

Parking:  Parking is available on the street and in a nearby garage for a nominal fee.
Cost:  $10 Chapter members and Partner Organizations; $25 others.
Refreshments:  Light refreshments and beverages will be served.
RSVP:  Through EventBrite. Online registration available until 8 am on November 9.
NOTE:  Space limited to 50. Registration at the door available if space available.
