Organization Development (OD) has been evolving since the 1960s with much consistency in principles and processes. This six-session series will be facilitated by a team of experts emphasizing participant-driven interaction and case studies to apply the principles to actual situations.

Coordinating Faculty:
Glen Fahs earned his Ph.D. in Adult Education and Organization Development at the University of Michigan, has taught OD for two universities, and directed OD and training for the State of Oregon and Cascade Employers Association. He is a long-time Board member of the Oregon Organization Development Network and formerly President of ASTD-Oregon (now ATD).
Jathan Janove is the author of Hard-Won Wisdom and the upcoming The HR Renaissance: From Legal Guard to Growth Partner. He is a Master Coach, columnist and author with the international Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching organization. For three years, he served as President of Oregon Organization Development Network.
