Organization Development (OD) has been evolving since the 1960s with much consistency in principles and processes. This series will be facilitated by a team of experts emphasizing participant-driven interaction and case studies to apply the principles to actual situations.

Coordinating Faculty:
Dr. Glen Fahs earned his Ph.D. in Adult Education and Organization Development at the University of Michigan, has taught OD for two universities, and directed OD and training for the State of Oregon and Cascade Employers Association. He is a long-time Board member of the Oregon Organization Development Network and formerly President of ASTD-Oregon (now ATD).
He was the central training officer for the State of Oregon for seven years, and has worked for Yamhill County and Portland State University
Sarah Budd is a Leadership Psychologist specializing in helping teams work better together and leaders increase their effectiveness. Her master’s degree is in Organizational Psychology and her doctorate is in Leadership Psychology. She is a facilitator, the principal for Gambit Coaching & Consulting and adjunct faculty for William James College.
In addition, she is an executive and leadership coach (ICF PCC), certified in CliftonStrengths, Hogan Assessments, Kantor Structural Dynamics, & Whole Person Coaching. Sarah’s early career focused on management and operations roles, which shapes her perspective on her current work with teams and leaders. She loves designing workshops and transformational programs, building on her dissertation research investigating what makes programs consistently transformational. In all her work she emphasizes a collaborative, customized, action-oriented approach.
In her spare time Sarah volunteers with Oregon Organization Development Network and Association for Talent Development, Cascadia.
Feargal Moorhead is a Leadership Coach/Advisor a principal at Buckley Moorhead Consulting and Coaching. He spent many years in the corporate world, holding HR leadership positions at Zoox, an autonomous robotaxi start-up and at Intel. Earlier in his career, Feargal was a production manager in both hi-tech (Intel) and very low tech (textile rental).
Feargal joined Oregon ODN as a member in late 2024 to learn more about OD, a skill and capability he has long admired.
Several guest experts will also help lead individual sessions.
