For OODN, they work together on curating learning opportunities for members and building broader inclusivity in our professional field. Monica Austen is an attorney from California. For the past 10 years, she has investigated EEO complaints and managed EEO investigators. She has advised both employers and employees on EEO law, drafting policies and investigation processes. Ms. Austen has also developed and presented EEO training. Most recently she worked for Kaiser Permanente as the Southern California EEO Manager and completed investigator training through The Association of Workplace Investigator.
