Oregon ODN Membership Application

Membership Year: April 1 through March 31. Renewals due April 1.
Cost: April 1 - September 30 is $55. October 1 - March 31: $35 and $55 again in April.
Student Rate: $35 per membership year (no pro-rate).
Database: Updated weekly (email any changes to info@odnoregon.org).

To pay by credit card, fill out this form, then click on the link at the bottom of this page and you will be taken to a secure server and asked for credit card information. Your credit card information must match your billing address. You will also be asked to provide the 3-digit code on the back of your credit card as a security measure.
