~ Leading with Impact – with John Colburn, BluePoint Leadership Development

Leading With Impact
Communication is the biggest area of dysfunction, and provides the biggest area opportunity for improvement in organizations.
Leaders need to be clear about who they are, what their message is  and how they articulate it so that people hear it, get it and act upon it.   If you want to help Leaders increase their impact, then helping them understand how to sharpen their communication style is an essential step.  This 90 minute exchange will focus on what the latest research shows is the best way to accomplish this.  We will discuss the Facts, Emotions and Symbols form of communication as well as video examples of it.  You will also learn about the foresight process for communicating and, time permitting, practice delivering your own State of the Union Address.
