About this SIG
In today’s complex organizations, participants are faced with demands for constant and continuous change and transformation. The strength of our ability to navigate effectively across changing structures, processes, markets, and perspectives will determine our success in the new global economy. The ability to cross cultural boundaries and engage in meaningful and sustainable dialogue will determine our survival in the new global society.
This SIG will enable participating members to come together at regular intervals to explore topics related to equity (ethnicity ~ race ~ class ~ social justice ~ civil rights); diversity; inclusion; culture; and change and transformation; in both personal and professional contexts.
