About this SIG
Almost all organizations report anticipating acceleration in the amount of change they will be facing in the next several years, whether because of market demands or regulation, and the impact to managers and employees is also accelerating. Most also report that leading people through change is one of the top challenges mangers and leaders are facing. This SIG will explore and share models, methods, processes for identifying and mitigating the risks to organizational initiatives, enabling the realization of the intended business outcomes.
