CULTIVATING CREATIVE LEADERSHIP
Bob Lieberman

Overview

The creative economy is different. Progress is becoming more circular than linear, and value is coming more from development than extraction. The ability to sustain stakeholder motivation, energy, and curiosity is now a key discriminator in the marketplace. And collaboration is king.

These trends place new demands on an organization, often for skills and sensibilities that are foreign to its culture and to the training and experience of its leaders.

In this multi-media interactive presentation, you will gain an understanding of how the creative process operates in the workplace. And you will be introduced to some new tools for meeting leadership demands in the creative economy.

By the end of the session, you will be better able to:
Assess qualitative progress that can lead to innovation
Support and encourage people to think outside the box
