Oregon invites your active participation at our 2nd annual strategic visioning
meeting!
Anyone interested in shaping what ODN has to offer is welcome!
We want to hear from you even if you have never attended our programs.
All viewpoints, ideas, needs, desires are necessary and WELCOME!
As mentioned at our February 14th meeting, our first 2006 annual strategic visioning meeting resulted in a plethora of great ideas that were implemented through programming and social events... We want to do more of the same! The difference this year is a focus on the organization as a whole...
Bring your ideas, needs, desires and collaborate with us to shape ODN Oregon into an effective, meaningful organization that serves it’s membership by listening to them and acting upon what is learned. We want to discover how we can be an organization that truly meets the diverse needs of every member – both internal and external consultants and related colleagues.
This is a once a year opportunity to shape the organization to fit your needs.

Pre-meeting Session: Peer Coaching
You are part of a small peer coaching group of approximately six participants. You may participate in a group or if you choose, observe the activity. The Process: one person is searching for insight regarding a goal or challenge they are experiencing. The others in the group ask powerful questions to help that person gain new perspectives on their goal/challenge.
