Overview
From 6 pm until food, drink and conversation are exhausted!
You are invited to join us (as a member or friend - for free!) at our annual summer potluck and networking meeting. Bring a beverage along with a side dish or dessert of your choice. ODN provides the burgers, hotdogs and veggie alternatives.
Ray Redburn has graciously volunteered his home for this year’s BBQ. Please RSVP via email to Ray at orodnrsvp@hotmail.com by Sunday, August 6th, so we can ensure the right quantity of food. Let us know if you will be bringing a dessert or side dish. If your schedule allows, help with set-up (about 5ish) or and clean-up (by 9:30ish) is also appreciated. Let us know what you can do.
There will be a short annual meeting to recognize the successes of the past year, talk about some future plans, and pass the baton of Leadership.
If you have a probable chair, camping chair, etc.. please throw one in the car. In case we are short of chairs, that will assure all have places to sit (i.e., not on the ground).
Revised By-Laws have been posted on the web site. Please review them prior to our Chapter meeting on August 9th.
