Challenging Client Situations

Peer Discussion

April 12, 2006

Overview

As a consultant or coach, have you ever had a client situation where:

If you have ever had any of these experiences, or others that we haven't identified, the April 12 ODN meeting is for you!

This meeting will be an opportunity to engage peer OD practitioners in conversations about and creating possible solutions for dealing with your specific challenging client situations.

The goals for the April 12 session are to:

To make this session relevant, valuable, and meaningful, we're looking for a maximum of five volunteers who will share real-life, meaty, and diverse client situations as the centerpiece to an exciting, and engaging small group discussion process. The process will create an abundance of effective, creative, practical, valuable, and actionable ideas to help you deal with the difficult client situation you shared with the small teams.

If you would like to submit a difficult client situation, please send a brief Email to lyndabader@aol.com no later than March 29, 2006 with the following information about the client situation:

In addition, we are asking for your absolute commitment to attend the April 12 session to present and "own" your client situation during the small group discussion process.

By April 5th, you will receive via Email a one-page tool to help you prepare to present your situation during the small group process. This preparation will require no more than 20 minutes of your time prior to April 12.

It will be a fun and a learning experience for everyone so please submit your client situation to: lyndabader@aol.com no later than March 29, 2006.
