[Return to ODN Oregon Meeting Calendar]
May 11, 2005
Overview
Join us in an evening of exploration into the most difficult issues that we, as OD practitioners, face in our work. As a learning community, we will engage in a free-flowing dialogue to explore issues and share our experiences about our work. Through this exploration, we can provide each other with solutions, new perspectives, and support to help us manage difficult issues in our work “in the trenches.”
We will form into small dialogue groups (4 or 5) to listen to, consult, and support each other around these difficult issues. Our plan is to get the dialogue started and then let each small group dialogue develop on it’s own. We will come back together as a large group to share some of our issues and solutions so that everyone can hear and benefit from them.
Here are some initial questions that will be offered to help us begin our dialogue:
We promise an engaging and provocative discussion and we hope you can join us. Michael Mitchell, PhD, will kick off the program and lead the large group dialogue.
