Leslie Brunker
Overview
Finally a company is looking at and valuing the human impact of major organizational change. Kaiser Permanente has recognized that change implementation success relies on their focus on both the technical as well as the human effects. This program will walk you through a high level look at the change management planning processes used by this national non-profit health maintenance organization. Then in small groups you will focus in on a change you are involved in so you can identify and assess the readiness of stakeholders. You will walk away with new insights as to the change you're focused on and tools for helping people implement the change and reduce the negative impact of resistance. If you are not currently facilitating a change, you can contribute in a small group and walk through the steps with others to help embed the learning.
