Two Bills on the Same Hat

June 9, 2004
Rand Newby

Overview

Are you a leader? Are you a manager? Is there really any difference?

In this interactive session, you will have a chance to assess your strengths and preferences for leadership and management and practice skills in a small-group exercise. Through discussion, debrief and feedback, you will have a better understanding of how leadership and management are "two bills of the same hat."
