Overview
Edwards Deming claims, "Nothing happens without personal transformation"! Organizations, big or small, do not truly change unless the individuals within alter behaviors and ways of being. This speaker bases her practice on the belief that to create a continuously learning organization, one must be able to anticipate and respond to market opportunities, momentum begins with the individual. It is the coach's role as a steward to help individuals visualize and create a future based on what they passionately care about, and, hopefully, in some way align with a shared community vision.
Masterful coaching in organizational revitalization helps create an atmosphere where people seek continuous learning with and from each other - about new ways to deliver and integrate services, create alliances, build customer relationships - while nurturing personal growth and passions. These "communities of commitment", based on trust and shared vision have potential to benefit the community, the environment, the economy - as well as the self.
Participants in the evening will receive an overview of coaching principles, accessible resources, and possibly a new way to view your work.
