Overview
Dr. Darrell Beck is a Certified Management Consultant, a member of OD Network, and an organizational practitioner with twenty-five years’ experience. He has consulted with over twenty-five Fortune 500 firms, numerous mid-sized and family businesses, and over fifty municipal governments and federal agencies. His work focuses primarily on leaders and teams Dr. Beck will be presenting on developing and coaching leaders: how to select, develop, and coach leaders, and design succession plans for companies to ensure a reliable supply of leaders for the future.
