About the Presenters
Kent Layden has more than 30 years consulting experience in strategic planning, organization development, conflict resolution, consensus building, and public involvement, completing more n 300 major projects. His clients include a wide variety of non- and for-profit groups, and governmental agencies and jurisdictions. He employs systemic constellations as one means for making organizational dynamics visible to clients. He has taught Organizational Development at the United States International University and the Graduate School of Business and Management at Marylhurst University.
Jane Peterson is a former chemist and engineer with eight years experience in high tech manufacturing. She has studied Process-Oriented Psychology, is an N.L.P. Master Practitioner and a certified clinical Hypnotherapist in private practice. Jane has been facilitating family constellation workshops in the United States and around the world for five years. She is the founder of the Human Systems Institute, which will offer its third, year long, Facilitator Coaching and Training Program in organizational and family constellation methods this fall.BA
