1. History of OD: A Woman's Perspective featuring Barbara Bunker, Billie Alban, Elsie Y. Cross, and Edie Seashore. A session at the 1999 ODN Meeting held in San Diego.
   
   Four senior professional women, who are pioneers in the Organization Change movement, tell their personal stories about how they got into OD and what it was like then, when the field was so predominantly white male. (40 min)



2. Our Value Dilemmas featuring Elsie Y. Cross, and Frank Friedlander. A session at the 1999 ODN Meeting held in San Diego.
   
   Two senior professionals in the field of OD converse about their primary values and the dilemmas they face in staying with them in their work. (21 min)



3. An Interview with a Senior OD Professional: Dick Axelrod
   
   Dick talks about how he got started in the field, how the field has changed since he entered it, his principal challenges today, and how he sees the field changing going into the future. (16 min)



4. An Interview with a Senior OD Professional: L. David Brown
   
   Dave talks about his beginnings in OD, his extensive work in the development of civil society, especially in the countries of Africa and Asia, his current challenges as Director of International Programs at the Hauser Center of Harvard University, and what he sees as the future outcomes of this work. (25 min)

The cost of each VHS videotape is $19.95 (less 10% equals $17.96) plus $5 for handling & shipping. OD Network members are entitled to a 10% discount.
