Beyond Conflict Management:
Changing How You Think When the Going gets Tough

What do you do when your buttons get pushed and all those wonderful conflict management skills seem to fly out the window? You have to learn how to change the way you think about conflict if you want to react more effectively under stress. This workshop is the next step in your search for mastery in the art of non-defensive communication.

  • One evening follow-up session a few months later, to be scheduled at the workshop, to reflect on successes and challenges.

Due to the nature of our size and volunteer activity, we ask for a $25.00 fee for each event or workshop submitted. This fee is for a two-month period. If you wish to list something for longer than 2 months, an additional $25 fee is assessed. Partner organizations (see below) and professional conferences can be listed at no cost.
