The Oregon Organization Development Network (ODN) educates and connects professionals dedicated to improving organizations by:

• Hosting workshops on current organizational development theory, methodology, and best practices;
• Providing members a chance to participate in relevant real-world OD consulting projects;
• Offering networking opportunities aimed at building a rich and diverse learning community.

* Ongoing opportunities for members to participate in relevant
real-world OD consulting projects

We build confidence and skills in consulting.  Participate in the Community Consulting Project where you will work along with seasoned colleagues providing community service.  A great way to develop and sharpen your skill and build your confidence.
