Incorporation Documents
In 2010 a business audit committee was formed to review the business infrastructure of Oregon ODN. The members on the committee were Greg Sievers, President; Rob Dodson, Vice President; Tom Schmitz, VP at Large; and Todd Williams, VP of Outreach. One of the recommendations of that committee was to rewrite the bylaws. All of the documents that were generated or uncovered in that process are below.
