• Community Consulting Project ~ Join/Lead a team and serve a worthy non-profit !
• Just about anything is possible - have ideas on how to make our organization even better - just drop the leadership team a note. Our ears and minds are wide open to possibilities!

Community Consulting Project

The Community Consulting Program (CCP) is an outreach program sponsored by the Oregon Organizational Development Network (ODN-OR). CCP brings together dynamic, short-term teams of OD/Training professionals to provide free consultation to Portland area, non-profit organizations unable to afford consulting services. Utilizing volunteers from our organizations, we form Consulting Teams of 2-4 individuals, backed by a Senior Consultant with 10-20 years of consulting experience. CCP teams work with a client for 2-4 months to complete an appropriate client project.

Why Are We Doing This?
ODN-Oregon seeks to advance the profession of Organizational Development. This program provides an opportunity to meet two important goals: Increase community awareness of the value of OD in enhancing the success of organizations and provide opportunities for OD professionals to learn, to network, and to serve. The Community Consulting Program represents a WIN-WIN for the ODN-Oregon, our members, and our community.
