Message from our President
Recognizing that the only constant in life is change... ODN is the place for those who with open minds and hearts to create new relationships and learn with others as technology, globalization and a myriad of other influences change the way in which we do our work. We are a spirited group of people with a wide range of experience, expertise and a strong willingness to think together.

We welcome anyone wanting to learn and grow with us as we continue to develop ourselves to be well-equipped to assist organizations to become the best they can be. We believe in the power of the human mind and heart in shaping what it is that we seek to create. Our richness comes from diversity and the dedication of our membership to their own personal and professional growth and support of others.
