Welcome to the Oregon Organization Development Network, a local chapter of the OD Network.

We are a fun group of professionals dedicated to organization improvement who come from a wide variety of industries. Our membership includes: internal and external OD practitioners, HR and training professionals, leaders and students. We even have members who are interested in learning more about the OD profession that are currently not in the profession.

We offer monthly meetings rich in learning and networking opportunities in which we explore cutting-edge organization development theory and methodology relevant to organizations TODAY and in the FUTURE. For those interested in stepping into an OD experience as a volunteer learner, we invite you to participate in real-world OD consulting projects through our Community Consulting Projects. Projects initiate quarterly and give newer and seasoned individuals the opportunity to collaborate and learn together while serving a non-profit client.

“Many have said this is one of the most welcoming professional organizations they've ever experienced.

We invite you to see for yourself!
