Imagine, a community where your fellow members...
- Not only want to help you learn ever faster; they actually do it.
- Share their professional tools and “best stuff” with you one-on-one.
- Have abundant opportunities to learn-by-doing with accomplished practitioners.
- Have a strong service ethic that shows up in the many pro bono consulting
projects that greatly benefit the surrounding region.
- Look for and appreciate your gifts.
- Enjoy outstanding OD programs, yet know these programs are not the Community’s
core essence.
- Recognize that quality relationships between and among members are the
basic building block of their Community.
- Think and act from an Abundance mindset.
- Who are external consultants look to share paying client work.
- Who are internal consultants (employees) go out of their way to help members
find good internal employment.
